If your tracking number says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package and you're certain nobody has moved it or accepted it for you, you must contact USPS immediately. It is possible your postman either forgot or didn't have time to deliver that day and it will be delivered within the next day or so. Other common issues are that your package is being returned to sender, or the package is waiting for pickup at your local post office. Usually a delivery attempt was made but they were not able to leave the package. Also be sure to ask neighbors if they received your package by mistake. Sometimes the postperson will also hide the package if it does not fit in the mailbox.
Once an order leaves our facility, it is under the care and responsibility of USPS. Any missing deliveries must be reported to USPS. My Sticker Face is not responsible for any missing or lost orders. Your tracking number will give you an estimated delivery date. A signature is not required for delivery. You must be available to receive this delivery personally, if not you risk your delivery being lost or stolen.
