For our custom made stickers we do not allow returns for reason unrelated to quality. We cannot refund or reproduce your order if you ordered the wrong size/photo or prefer a different product. However, if you are unhappy with your stickers please reach out and we will try our best to help you out!
Damaged/Defected Stickers
If there is an issue with your stickers, please contact us within 72 hours from delivery with a photo and your order number. We will reproduce any defective items after verifying the issue.
We may request that you return 100% of a defective order before we reproduce your order.
Wrong Sticker Trace Out
We cannot offer refunds or reprints if none or incorrect trace instructions were left when checking out.
If you do leave specific trace instructions and you receive something different, it is possible our tracers modified the trace to best suit our printing method. We cannot guarantee all special instructions/requests. If you are not happy with the way they came out please contact us with a photo of the sheet within 72 hours after receiving them and we will help you best we can!
